Spend 150 minutes hiking Freiburg’s Schlossberg with a German-speaking wine guide, tasting four wines and one secco from Lena Flurbacher winery near the Kaiserstuhl. You’ll ride the Schlossbergbahn uphill, hear about local wine production and Freiburg’s hilltop history, and finish near the old town. Guides such as Evi and Katja are known for bringing plenty of humor to the walk.
Travel from central Catania to Etna in a group of up to eight, with a naturalist guide such as Renato or Antonio. Walk around the Silvestri Craters, see lava from past eruptions, visit the Bove Valley, and finish with Etna wine and Sicilian snacks at sunset. The trek is easy, but closed shoes and warm layers are essential.

Meet Hug You or a member of his guiding team at Oncheonjang Station for a 4-hour hike on Geumjeongsan. Walk 8 to 9 kilometers through local mountain paths, reach scenic viewpoints and peaks, then eat banchan and drink makgeolli in a village high in the mountains. Small groups are limited to 10.
